This is the Privacy Policy for all websites and applications owned or operated by Mohsin Enterprises LLC d/b/a MapScan.ai (“MapScan.ai”, “we” or “us”), including the website currently located at www.mapscan.ai (the “Site”) and any other applications, interactive features, blogs, social media platforms, widgets, and resources offered by MapScan.ai through traditional Internet websites, mobile devices, or other platforms (collectively, the “Services”).
Your privacy is important to us, and we have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and protect Volunteered Information (defined below) and Logged Information (defined below) when you use the Services, and your choices for managing your information preferences.

2. INFORMATION YOU CHOOSE TO SUBMIT
We may collect information that personally identifies you, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, and billing information (“Volunteered Information”) only if you choose to share such information with us.
For example, you may be required to provide Volunteered Information to register with the Services, sign up for certain services (such as text messages, mobile applications, and other communications services), or make purchases. The decision to provide this information is optional; however, if you do not register or provide such information, you may not be able to use certain features of the Services.
3. INFORMATION WE AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT
We automatically collect certain information (“Logged Information”) to help us understand how users interact with the Services. Logged Information may include your IP address, ISP, browser type, operating system, access times, referring/exit pages, and usage data (such as pages viewed, clicks, etc.).
Some of our tools enable customers to communicate directly with their own end users (via email, SMS, etc.). Information from such end users may pass through our systems but is not used or disclosed by MapScan.ai for other purposes.

We may use cookies and web beacons to improve the Services. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can adjust your settings to refuse them. Some features may not work without cookies enabled.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or applications. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing personal information.

Your information is stored on secure servers using reasonable safeguards. However, no Internet transmission or storage method is 100% secure. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you transmit data at your own risk.
8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
9. CALIFORNIA & OTHER STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what data we collect, request deletion of your data, and request details about how your data is used.

If you are located outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and stored in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer.
